Arena Blanca is just north of La Cruz.

The standout attraction is a gorgeous beach in its own cove. Although beaches in Mexico are technically public, this one is effectively private thanks to the natural rock jetties on both ends.

Another differentiating feature is the large size of the units. Most are 4000-5000 square feet, including the palatial terraces. At the same time, units are "just" USD $200-250 a square foot, making Arena Blanca less expensive on a square-foot basis than other high-end projects.

The large apartments, on-site activities, and protected beach make it particularly suitable for families with kids.
