Nima Bay is at the entrance of the Marina section of Puerto Vallarta.

The 11-story building will offer nice views (especially from the high floors) with tons of light, as all the units have front and back faces. There are 10 layouts, all very different from each other, thanks to idiosyncratic way the architect carved up the S-shaped floors. There's no beach here but there are two pools.

The area is very convenient and quite pleasant. There are shops, restaurants, and bars along the marina boardwalk. Sitting beside a large marina, the location is ideal for boaters and fishermen.
