- A beautiful, secluded spot.
- Wonderful ocean and city views.

- A long skinny piece of land that gives everyone beachfront frontage.

Cons

- Low density area can feel a bit isolated.
- 15 minutes from Old Town down a narrow windy road that can be harrowing with buses barreling around the corners.
- No golf anywhere nearby.
- Small, man-made beach.

Sierra del Mar at Los Arcos is an oceanfront development that consists of nine custom homes, 10 pre-designed villas, and 34 apartments in four buildings with six floors each. All full-ownership. The project is located on the road to Mismaloya not far from the Los Arcos rock islands.
