The high-end community of Las Villas de Mexico in Puerto Cancún will be just steps away from shopping, top-notch medical facilities, the beach and a golf course. The plans call for 320 residences including villas and private homes. More than half the land will be reserved for recreation and green spaces. The highlight amenity is an exclusive beach club in the hotel zone with a restaurant and water sports.
