Malecon Americas is the largest real estate project in Latin America. The project is designed to take low-rise downtown into the stratosphere by creating a new, high-rise corporate hub. Located in Malecon, a developing shopping and business district with strong growth and investment potential. Good views of the lagoon and downtown Cancun.

Cons

Very few green spaces. Most kitchen appliances not included. Urban and retail environment may not be suited to some vacationers.
