Pros

Located within the Puerto Cancun resort area with access to amenities including golf course. Nice mix of high rise condos, homes and villas. Terraces for most units. Private pools, garden and parking for villa and residence owners. Water on 3 sides - beach, marina, waterway. The area is private, isolated and safe.

Cons

Refrigerator not included. Cookie-cutter design for condos, residential homes.
