Pros

Located within the Puerto Cancun super-development area with easy access to lots of amenities including golf course, marina, restaurants and the beach. Large floor plans may be attractive to families. Direct elevator access and terrace with views. Marina offers some buffer against hurricanes compared to beachfront. Central location near hotel zone should be attractive to investors.

Cons

High rise condos offer little in the way of architectural distinction. Access to beach requires a mile walk.
