Pros

Three miles from downtown Playa del Carmen, with main access to the coastal highway. Located between the exclusive Grand Coral and Mayakoba resort development areas. The lots are located in a developing area and may be an attractive long-term investment.

Cons

Construction is not included in lot price. The development will be under construction until at least 2013 which may deter permanent residents in the short term looking for a fully realized community.
