Pros

Semi-remote beachfront location on the outskirts of Playa del Carmen. Large development with lots of green spaces and amenities. Low-level buildings of 3-4 stories create environmentally friendly, community feel. Condo hotel is targeted at investors.

Cons

Ongoing construction until 2013. Those who buy in the condo hotel have access only three months a year.

Location is outside of Playa's lively commercial area.
