Includes unlimited access to the reef club hotel in Playacar. Laundry room in each unit. Location is suitable for retirees, investors and families with easy access to Playa del Carmen and other services.

Cons

Houses are located close to one another, limiting privacy. Design and materials are functional but uninspired.
