Pros

Elevator access. One covered parking space per apartment. Special rates at Playacar golf course. Fully furnished including electrical appliances. Impressive list of amenities. A hassle free investment for vacationers, including families (rental management by Bric International, an established local firm.)

Cons

One of the larger developments in Playacar. Offers little variety in terms of floor plans. Ocean views are limited to a few rooftop units. Nightlife, services, and beaches are nearby but not directly accessible from the property. Playacar Phase II is architecturally eclectic, gated though not especially secure, and not very exciting (with most of its beach access occupied by its hotels).
