Pros

Faces onto a quiet beach. Ocean view terraces in every unit. Modern style and amenities with a fully furnished kitchen. A fitting vacation retreat with a small community atmosphere.

Cons

Located next door to an empty lot and industrial port area. Few shops or services in immediate area. Relatively small property with limited nightlife and activities.

General Comments
